The Blairs Administrative Office Hours Monday-Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday: 10 am - 4pm Sunday: Closed
The Blair Administrative Office is located in Blair East, and serves all residents of Blair Plaza, Blair East, Blair House, Blair Towers, and Blair Towns. The Administrative Office is staffed to assist current residents in the following areas:

Rent payments - Residents are more than welcome to come by and drop off rental payment. If our office if closed, however, we encourage you to leave them in our drop box.

Resident Concerns - If you have any concerns, please come by and let us know. Informing the Administrative Office will allow us to better help our residents. Keep in mind that even the smallest of stones can create ripples in a pond.

Lease renewals - We make it easy for residents to prolong their lease agreement. Stop by the Management Office and we will guide you through the rest. Leasing Office Hours Monday-Saturday: 9am - 6pm Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

Parking stickers - Need a new parking sticker for your vehicle? Come by the Administrative Office to talk with us and we will be sure to fulfill your needs.

What if the Administrative Office is closed? - We have constructed hours that allow for most residents to come by and speak with us. However, if the Administrative Office is closed, please speak with the front desk attendant on duty. Many times they have answers to questions residents may have. Residents are also free to leave messages for us at the front desk, and we will get right back to you. Or feel free to send an e-mail with your questions.
